Refund policy

We are committed to making your shopping experience as hassle-free and enjoyable as possible!

Please read the following terms and conditions before making a purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 

Eligibility

Products can be returned or exchanged within 2 days of delivery, provided all the following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Product must not be used, worn, or damaged.
  • Product must include all original tags.
  • Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for returns.
  • Premium Ethnic Wear and Customized Products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

Request Process

  • To request a return or exchange, contact us via email (info@vastrinee.com) or WhatsApp (+91 7976787355).
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed after receiving the returned items.
  • A video must be recorded while opening the parcel to avoid any disputes regarding return claims.
  • For return & exchanges, a ₹100 courier charge will apply.

 

Return Conditions

  • After receiving the product, we will inspect it and inform you of approval or rejection (if all aforementioned eligibility conditions are met).
  • Once your return request is verified, approved refunds will be processed within 4–5 business days to the original payment method.

 

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange can be made for a bigger or smaller size.
  • The exchange product will be delivered within the same timeframe mentioned on the product page.
  • At the time of delivery, our delivery executive will check the returned item.
    • If it is not in proper condition, the exchange will not be completed, and the item will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or process a refund within 4–5 business days.

 

Cancellation

  • If you change your mind after you have placed an order, we will not be able to cancel the order. However, please reach out to us over email or whatsapp and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
